“Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts.  It is about one life influencing another.”

  John C. Maxwell

Being a Site Q for F3 is a key leadership role within our organization’s decentralized, peer-led structure.

The Site Q is responsible for the smooth operation and ongoing development of a specific F3 workout location, often called an “AO” (Area of Operation).

It's a role that blends servant leadership, accountability, and community-building.

1. Workout Coordination

  • Recruit and schedule Qs (leaders) to lead workouts at the AO.
  • Fill in as a backup Q if needed.
  • Ensure workouts stay true to F3 principles: free, peer-led, open to all men, held outdoors, and always end in a Circle of Trust (COT).

2. AO Stewardship

  • Serve as the go-to leader for that location.
  • Maintain consistency and energy at the site.
  • Help grow attendance by inviting new guys (FNGs) and encouraging regulars.

3. Culture and Fellowship

  • Foster a welcoming, positive atmosphere rooted in F3’s core values.
  • Make sure new guys are introduced, plugged in, and supported.
  • Promote second F (Fellowship) events and third F (Faith) opportunities.

4. Communication and Reporting

  • Coordinate with regional leadership (like the Nantan or Weasel Shaker).
  • Report back on attendance, successes, and needs at your AO.
  • Keep the region’s Q schedule and comms up to date.

5. Leadership Development

  • Empower others to lead—help men step up to Q workouts, take on roles, or even start new AOs.
  • Model shared leadership and delegation.

Being a Site Q is not about being the boss.

It’s about serving the PAX, maintaining high standards, and multiplying leadership.

You’re not the star—

you’re the platform for others to rise.

With all that in mind, I believe there is no better man for the job than our own brother, Axe

He has been a staple here at F3 Platte since the pop-up workout on March 15th. He has glommed on to the culture and spirit of F3 quickly and courageously.

Axe has led several of our beatdowns, and his energy and enthusiasm for supporting our PAX and for picking up the Six are what drives him as a model leader.

I am so proud to welcome Axe as the first official

Site Q at New World AO for F3 Platte!

T-Claps to our brother as he accepts his brand-new Shovel Flag!
