MOLESKINE

“If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.”

  Dolly Parton

When we started F3 Platte a year ago, none of us really knew what it would become.

We just knew we wanted something better —

a place for men to get stronger, support each other, and show up for their communities.

But the truth is, the legacy of F3 Platte wasn’t built by one guy.

It was built by every man who decided to set an alarm, roll out of bed, and show up in the gloom.

Every post…

Every beatdown…

Every encouragement to the guy struggling next to you…

Those actions add up.

And what we’ve built together over the past year is more than workouts.

We’ve built a place where men are becoming better versions of themselves —

stronger physically, stronger mentally, and stronger as leaders in their homes and communities.

Leadership isn’t about a title.

Leadership is about creating something that inspires other people to grow.

And that’s exactly what has happened here.

Over the past year, men in this group have:

  • pushed themselves harder than they thought possible
  • supported brothers through hard seasons
  • stepped up to lead when they didn’t think they were ready

That’s legacy.

And the best part?

We’re just getting started.

Year one proved something important:

This works.

Men need this.

Communities need this.

And there are still a lot of men out there who haven’t experienced it yet.

So as we celebrate one year of F3 Platte, the challenge for all of us is simple:

Keep showing up.

Keep encouraging.

Keep inviting the next man.

Because the legacy we’re building here is bigger than any one of us.

And it’s only just beginning.

Finally, as we step into Year 2 of F3 Platte, I also want to take a moment to recognize the men who have stepped forward to help lead us this next year.

One of the things that makes F3 special is that leadership isn’t something one man carries alone. It’s something that gets shared across the group.

So I want to recognize our Shared Leadership Team for Year 2:

                  •                Nantan – Axe

                  •                Weasel Shaker – DDR

                  •                1st F – Cactus

                  •                2nd F – Bolt

                  •                3rd F – Ground Beef

                  •                Comz Q – Rancid

                  •                Site Q – Chopper

These men have stepped up to help guide F3 Platte into its next chapter.

But just like we talked about earlier — leadership in F3 isn’t about titles. It’s about action.

So while these guys are stepping into formal roles, the reality is every man in this circle is a leader when he shows up, encourages the guy next to him, and brings another man out here to experience it.

And with the men standing in this circle…

Year 2 is going to be even stronger.
